Departure of Elder Eaves and My Plan Meeting

Elder Eaves will be truly missed in this mission.  He has been such a diligent disciple of Christ.  Plus, he may be the most polite missionary since he has been raised with the charm of a southerner with his "Yes, Ma'am" and Yes, Sir".

Elder Eaves requested "chicken enchiladas" for his departure meal.

Early departure before our ".My Plan Meeting"

God bless you Elder Eaves<3

Eight weeks before their departure, we help them plan for their transition and goal setting post-mission.  this meeting is truly bitter/sweet.  It's so difficult to imagine the mission without our most experienced missionaries.  But they use their last transfer to strengthen the others and continue testifying.

Dominos Pizza is a favorite here...(Elder McBride is not asleep..just poor photography skills:/)

...And our last temple trip together.   We just love this missionaries!  We are so blessed<3

Our son arrived from America after the temple trip.  He stopped on his way to Germany but we were able to show him a few castles.  This is the view from Kronborg castle in Helsingor.  It was a cold, foggy day but the view was still gorgeous.

Fredriksborg castle is a favorite with the Karl Bloch paintings.

After the castle visits, our son left and we traveled to Aalborg and spoke in their sacrament meeting.  The members love and depend on these wonderful missionaries...and... who says the sun doesn't come out in January?
